Gravure coating unit

Mainly for adhesive coating, manufacturing adhesive label, such as anti-forgery label, package tape, adhesive tape, processing adhesive material and permanent lamination.

Another main function is surface coating, such as prepress coating of HP digital printing machine printing materials, coating that can be used to improve the adhesion of uv ink, color ink dyeing of self-adhesive materials, including reflective ink and fluorescent ink, matting (matt) coating, etc. Widely used in anti-counterfeiting, food, medicine, beverages and daily chemicals and other fields.

Foil feeding and delivery system

Our flatbed hot foil stamping is low cost and easy to operate. It comes with independently controlled the speed for the hot foil stamping and machine. Different foil strip of diameter is allowed in order to minimize waste, maximum diameter is up to 3000m. The maximum hot stamping area is 320mm*305mm.

Flexo Printing Unit

Independentservo-driven, optional for semi- or full rotary printing unit. The drying unit is available with hot air drying and IR/UV for easy disassembly. Printing repeat lengths of 50 mm - 457 mm. Coating widths of 320mm. Also available for cold foil and super varnish.

Slitter

Circular blades, razor blades and straight blades are available for purchase, they can be adjusted and setup easily. We will supply six complete sets of blades and high-pressure waste vacuum system is attach with the machine.

Screen printing

Line contact printing, with good quality and high efficiency, suitable for medium and large batches of products.

Semi/rotary die cutting

Independent servo-driven. Color mark registration system to ensure accurate positioning.

Repeat lengths of TOP series from 50 mm – 330 mm for semi-rotary, and 190.5 mm - 476.25 mm for full rotary. Magnetic or solid/engraved cylinders.

Repeat lengths of PLUS series from 50 mm - 380 mm.

Independent, servo-driven high-speed cutter for adhesive paper, labels and laser marks.
